Beautiful Bungalow in walking Distance to 1st, 2nd Beach & restaurants. Private lot with big back yard, hot tub, deck & outdoor shower. Great for a peaceful retreat/family getaway. Living Room features a fireplace and large screen tv. 1st Floor Primary bedroom w/ Fireplace & large bathr. Large desk on 2nd floor is perfect to work from home. Additional living room on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, full bath & extra space for kids under 12. Upon booking we will be sending a $300 payment request for the cleaning fee.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Easton's Beach. Breakfast (surcharge), 1 hot tub and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

This property is great for a girls trip! Location is close to beaches and away from town traffic. Bryan was very responsive and the check in process was extremely easy. We had plenty of bath and beach towels and loved spending time in the common areas - living room, dining area, backyard patio.

Quick trip

In town for daughter's graduation. Was only there for sleeping but was comfortable. Near stores for breakfast food. Decent overall experience (we had to take shoes off which didn't bother me but my 75 year old mom wasn't happy)

Close to Newport but…

The stay was fine. We were barely there as we were at the folk fest all three days but there were several issues that needed addressing during our stay which was not really what you want when you expect a nice big functional house. We did spend thousands of dollars after all. The house was not very clean when we arrived and there was a strong sewer odor coming from the main bathroom. Apparently there was some sort of water softener issue that needed to be addressed twice during our 4 night stay. There was also evidence of mouse activity while we were there. The tv remotes were all dead. The power was out in the front of the house when we got there too. The owner was relatively quick to respond and did try to address everything but it seems with this many issues they need to take a step back and consider their process before the next stay.
