As former Middletown residents, we were down to visit friends and to attend a wedding. The location of the house is in a great spot, close walking distance to 1st beach and restaurants. . The deck and yard was was what sold us on the location. The host was easy to communicate with, which is always a plus when choosing VRBO. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect for what we needed!

Overall things were pretty good. A few minor things - as I’m pretty particular about some things - a few corners of rooms had cobwebs and the front steps/porch are very worn and when wet, very slippery, so be extra careful. The backyard was perfect for us and our dogs! LOVED the deck! Plenty sleeping areas! Thankful that a lot of things were provided - like beach towels, cleaning products, shampoo/soaps, etc. LOVED the quiet (except for 4th of July fireworks by neighbors which caused a lot of anxiety for one of our dogs) neighborhood - excellent location for visiting family in Middletown and for doing touristy Newport things.

Quiet spot close to newport

My friends and I had an awesome weekend! This was the perfect spot to explore Newport. Walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants as well!

Great Location

The house was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable. The large backyard was great for our kids, and the easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach was through a very nice residential neighborhood with minimal traffic. There was plenty of beach gear and toys for the beach, and the property manager was great to work with. The property could use some updating, but it was a great value for the price.

Such a charming seaside house! Bright, well equipped, comfortable. Good location!!

We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and loved the house on Seascape. Easy to get to restaurants, beach, Newport! Comfortable and charming. Rachel was great at sending prompt responses to messages and giving recommendations! We would gladly stay there again. A window ac unit for the main living area would be nice though!
