Located in a quiet neighborhood next to a large park area with sm playground. Master Bedroom with King Sleep-Number bed has separate sleeping area off it with travel crib, twin bed + trundle. House sleeps 10+ people. Front porch ramp provides ADA access to most of the house (3 front bedrooms, sm bathroom with shower, dining room, and kitchen. One step down to main living room.) Custom kitchen with breakfast nook, spacious living room, dining room, laundry room. Front deck and fenced front yard.

Local attractions include: Loons Baseball Stadium. World's longest canopy walk, connecting Whiting Forest and Dow Gardens. Midland Center for the Arts. Chippewa Nature Center. This home is in a great central location for access to midland bay city and Saginaw. There is a nice old park right next door to keep children occupied.Upon arrival VRBO sent the wrong access code and we needed to contact the owner, they were very easy to get a hold of for the proper code.The cleanliness of the property could have been better. It was infested with earwigs, used soap bar and shampoo in the shower, old kitchen scrubbers left at the sink. For such a great area and home I wish it would have been cleaner.

Nice Family Base

We went to Michigan for my parents 60th wedding anniversary and had my kids and grandkids. This was a nice home-base while there. The park to the side within eye-sight was perfect to have kids work out their extra energy. There was a good mix of toys and children's books as well as reasonably stocked kitchen tools to make all the meals

Nice alternative to spending the week in a hotel

We were looking for an alternative to staying in a hotel with the kids for the week. This property delivered. The kids loved the bunkbeds and the clawfoot bathtub. The kitchen and laundry room met all of our needs for the week.

Our stay in Midland

Our stay in this home made our first time being in Michigan as a family a little magical! We travel a lot for work and this place was perfect for all of us. A quiet, green, beautiful little slice of life. We had no problems at all with anything, host was super accommodating and responded fast. I definitely would stay again. It reminded me of my childhood home, and that made it all the more cozy & warm. Thank you again for everything.

Lovely Home

This was a wonderful place for our family. Plenty of room and options for places to sleep. Loved having games and cards available. Wish there would have been a grill. Jael was super responsive to any communication. Thanks for making a visit with in-laws fun.
