It's very clean, quiet place. Big room and comfortable beds. Breakfast is simple but good, offers fresh fruits, bread, cereal, yogurt and sausage with eggs. Staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean location. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast. We had one problem with our room and it was resolved as soon as it was brought to the staff's attention. Bbq available to guest is really great.Close to all services. 1/2 drive to wasaga beach. Would book at that location without hesitation.

Smell of sour milk or something in the room very run down beat up holes in walls in my room dirty shower curtain looked like someone blew their nose on it do not recommend staff was nice place is just gross

The overall building is very old ie: air conditioner ( extremely noisy), bathroom facilities etc but the staff were great & the room was comfortable
