This hotel has tears in the room carpets , it’s very run down and needs to be remodeled. I would not stay here again.

Them employees were great. The hotel was nice. The continental breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is that in our room the coffee pot overflowed my husband used towels to clean it up and then we got charged $25 when you know the coffee can be washed out of those stupid towels.

The room was humid, the beds felt like sleeping on a cardboard box. The pillows were like couch pillows, but not as comfy. The toilet seat was broken. The shower was super slippery and also caused a slip and fall. Water pressure was fine though and the front desk people were nice.

The first room they gave me the TV wouldn’t work.so they gave me another room and the a/c didn’t cool worth a damn.there is still no lid on the commode.so that proves these surveys are useless because I wrote up the same room with the same problems 4 months ago.so save your money this place sucks

Outdated, missing bathroom light fixture, weak water pressure, stains in the carpet and tile, loud slamming doors (no quiet hinges), doors, not leveled, did not completely seal around the edges. Booked a five person room, but it only slept four. Only enough linens for two people. Very friendly staff.
