Very bright, it offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an Italian shower, a bathtub and a separate WC, a beautiful fully equipped open-plan kitchen and everything you will need for a great holiday in the sun. Its good-sized terrace offers a dining area and views of the sea, the swimming pool and the magnificent communal gardens shaded by tall palm trees, which it has direct access to.The residence has a common barbecue area, a tennis court (rackets available) and is close to the MAX beach beach club and a very lively area with restaurants, a park, a gym, several bars, supermarket, etc.Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.
