The secure gated complex has 3 communal outdoor swimming pools (1 with disabled chair lift to the pool), a paddle tennis court, children's play area, indoor gym and spa (8am - 9pm) and outdoor sports machines. Book a paddle court or gym with the concierge. The complex is 1.5km from the beach and town facilities. The nearest supermarket is 1km away and La Noria Golf Course is 3km away. The apartment offers a covered parking space, hot and cold vented aircon, radiators in all rooms, electric shutters in the bedrooms and free WIFI.
