This property is in a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing holiday, being an oasis of tranquillity, surrounded by gardens and a green belt of exotic trees.
Upon entering the villa, you can feel the luxury and exquisite Scandinavian-style decoration that conveys peace and tranquillity along with comfort.
This extraordinary villa has been decorated with good taste following the excellent standard of modern classic Scandinavian style.
The house has sufficient space in 3 luxurious double bedrooms and plenty of outdoor space to bring the whole family.
From the entrance, enter a large, bright living room beautifully decorated with an open-plan kitchen, with large sliding doors providing direct access to the impressive outdoor terrace with plenty of private space.
For outdoor summer living, you will love the fabulous pool area and not only in summer, but also in winter, as this property has made an extra effort by providing a heated pool to enjoy warm baths regardless of the weather outside. (The additional cost per night is €40 and must be paid in advance)
You will also find a chill-out area, ideal for entertainment providing a welcoming atmosphere.
We cannot overlook the communal pool and private parking so that this property lacks no detail. (Please check opening dates before booking, as it varies from season to season).
Inside you can find 'real Spain' with impressive mountain views and many 'Ventas', the typical Spanish restaurant.
Going down the hill, just 10 minutes away are the sandy beaches of Fuengirola... with its charming small marina and its 8 km seafront promenade lined with palm trees, it is a delightful place to enjoy a peaceful stroll or a coffee with views of the yachts. Fuengirola has everything you need.
Furthermore, the famous tennis club and restaurant 'Lew Hoads' is also just a 5-minute drive away.

We have Trocadero Benalmádena, a Marbella restaurant concept brought to Benalmádena, located in a privileged position next to the sea with impressive sea views and sunsets. You can also enjoy "Los Marinos Paco" restaurant in Carvajal, always nominated for best traditional Spanish fish restaurant. And we cannot forget Sollo restaurant, with 1 Michelin star, in the Curion by Hilton hotel.
You will also have a 24-hour customer service for any inconvenience that may arise.

Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
Excessive general dirt on the property.
A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.
Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).
Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is that you enjoy a pleasant stay. For this reason, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it to you in optimal conditions. However, the guest accepts the following:
We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.
Community Works: We are not responsible for any possible acoustic or visual disturbance caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that are carried out in common areas (façade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).
