This beautiful, four bedroom villa is located in the residential complex of La Finca de la Cala, in the countryside of La Cala de Mijas. The villa enjoys a private pool within the large well-kept gardens. The town, beach and supermarkets of La cala are a 9km drive away. La Cala Golf Resort is 3km away and the closest restaurant is 500m away. The villa offers four double bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms, an alarm, parking for up to 3 cars, blackout curtains throughout, a travel cot, a highchair, hot & cold vented aircon and free WIFI.
This impressive villa is arranged over two levels and is tastefully furnished throughout. On entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan living space which includes lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The lounge is furnished with a large sofa, two armchairs and a 75” smart TV. The dining area is furnished with a dining seating area for eight people. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools. Just outside the kitchen, you will find the utility cupboards, housing the washing and drying machines. This level also benefits from a WC. The two full walls of pocket doors in the lower level connect the internal living space to the covered terrace and large garden. The terrace is furnished with a lounge seating area, gas BBQ and sun loungers. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and has access to the garden and pool area.
The master bedroom and two further guest bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The master bedroom benefits from a super king size bed, while the two guest bedrooms offer king size beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, a 50” smart TV and have access to the shared terrace. The terrace enjoys beautiful mountain, countryside and pool & garden views, and is furnished with a dining table and chairs and sun loungers.
