Delightfully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with sweeping sea views and all day sun from the balcony; close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
The gated urbanisation has a beautiful swimming pool and garden area and secure parking with lift access.
The apartment has everything you will need for a wonderful holiday including two flat screen TV’s, DVD player, sun loungers and outside balcony furniture.
Located close to local shops and restaurants with a short 200 metre walk or to the beach and all the amenities that Riviera, Torreneueva, La Cala de Mijas and the Costa del Sol has to offer.
Having spent twenty years living in Sydney, Australia, we decided it was time to come back to Europe and bought a Bed & Breakfast in Looe, Cornwall, where we spent 6 very happy years.
However drawn by the sunshine, extensive range of golf clubs, fabulous restaurants and so many other ways to entertain ourselves we decided to move to Spain’s wonderful Costa del Sol.
The apartment is located on the third floor and has wonderful views South over the Mediterranean. It is a short walk to Riviera del Sol and Torrenueva with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets. La Cala de Mijas, with its excellent Wednesday and Saturday markets is a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride away. There is a plethora of golf courses nearby, and with Marbella and Fuengirola 15 minutes away you will be able to find virtually anything to keep you occupied and entertained.

Fantastic stay

Absolutely fantastic, brilliant view, great apartment, couldn’t be any better, yes the road is noisy but it’s there and you very quickly get used to it. Hosts so welcoming and user friendly, we are definitely booking again, the area around gives you everything you desire whether eating , drinking,or walking, so many places to go.

Functional apartment with the most beautiful sea view

When we checked in we were greeted with a friendly and kind welcome by the owners, Jules and Graham who gave us a comprehensive and thorough instruction of the apartment and the area. A couple of lovely people who, before our arrival and throughout our stay, were no further away than the phone. The apartment was lovely, bright and very functional - and then there is the most beautiful view of the sea from the living room and the terrace. The apartment met our expectations. We enjoyed being able to park the car in the basement garage. We also enjoyed that there was a lift up to the apartment when we had made big purchases. We could well wish for a little more kitchen equipment, just as some traffic noise must be expected. However, the noise did not bother us. We enjoyed our vacation there every single day - and would love to come back! Big thanks to you, Jules and Graham, for your way of being ;-)
