Superb four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa located in a private residential community near the charming town of La Cala de Mijas. It offers a high standard of construction, maintenance, and privacy. It is situated in a quiet yet non-secluded area where shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and other services can be reached only a short walk or drive away in La Cala itself. The well-known towns of Fuengirola, Marbella, and Puerto Banus are a 10-15 minutes drive away, as well as an array of beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, and water sports. Granada, Ronda, Antequera, and Malaga, among other places, attract many international visitors interested in Andalucian culture, history, and architecture and are all easily reachable for day trips. A damage deposit of 400€ will be required for all reservations two months prior to arrival

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The gardener will make short visits (at least twice a week) to attend to the pool, outside area, and gardens. He knows the property very well as he has looked after it for many years.

The organization of events involving large groups (+12) requires prior consultation.
