The kitchen with dining room provides everything you need to enjoy your breakfasts and culinary preparations. The sofa placed in the common area gives you the opportunity to enjoy relaxation for a reading break. Guests can access according to the rooms booked with the following indications: The common area on the ground floor with the kitchen is a service valid for all the rooms that you book, be it the 1st, or the 2nd, or the 3rd. To access the balcony walkway on the 1st floor, only guests who book room 2 or room 3 can access.
