Second stay here, and that says everything. Once again, the experience was excellent. The level of service is consistently high, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming without being intrusive. Rooms are spotless, well maintained, and clearly looked after with care. A real standout is the rooftop space: beautifully designed, calm, and perfect for winding down with a view over the city. It adds real value to the stay, especially in the evenings. Location is another big win. You’re close to the city centre, yet right by the canal, which gives you the best of both worlds, easy access and a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. Reliable quality, great comfort, and a location that just works. I’ll be back again, without hesitation.

Clean and comfortable hotel with amazing breakfast selection. They have a great work space, cozy bar to chill with friends and family. The staff were really polite and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Great selection of snacks and tea options on the house.

I liked the hotel overall from what I saw. My room however, was very noisy due to the extraction fan from the kitchen below. - there must be a better soloution than this, it is very disturbing for guests on the first floor

Unfortunately the property was not worth the price. That is with no fault of the staff, who were absolutely lovely and willing to help where they could. The restaurant is also excellent. In terms of the negatives, it is incredibly loud in the area - fireworks, fire crackers, parties, loud music - even on weeknights. I would not stay here if I was a light sleeper. Even with earplugs it was still audible. The rooms are incredibly warm and there is limited air circulation, if you room window does not open it will be an uncomfortable stay. The housekeeping is not the best, in a newer hotel there was already mould in the grout of the showers and the silicon was coming away. Additionally there were stains all over the flooring in our room. The location around the hotel is dirty, and there are limited restaurants or cafes worth visiting. There is not a lot to do and if you are a visitor to Milan unfortunately I think you’ll often find yourself on a tram or car leaving the area. It is handy that they provide luggage storage. Sorry to say I will not stay again, and I cannot reiterate enough that the staff are fantastic and none of this is their fault.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff who are attentive and provide an excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the niche touches of sweets and water in reception and the complimentary minibar for night one are a memorable touch. This is my second stay at this lovely hotel and I can’t recommend it enough.
