The refined atmosphere combines old-world charm with modern comfort, making it perfect for relaxing moments or an informal meal.

Kitchen

A fully equipped and very modern kitchen is ideal for preparing meals in total comfort. There is a direct connection to the terrace, which offers ample outdoor space. The terrace also gives access to the laundry room with washing machine, for maximum convenience during your stay.

Patronal Bedroom

A unique bedroom with a hanging bed that adds a touch of modernity and charm. Access to the private terrace allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of the area. Finally, it has a:

En-suite bathroom

A beautifully designed bathroom, entirely pink, which creates a delicate and luxurious atmosphere. It has a bathtub for moments of pure relaxation and offers all the comforts for maximum well-being.

Secondary bedroom

Cosy and functional, this room is equipped with a French bed, a desk ideal for working or studying and a wardrobe for storing personal belongings. This room also has direct access to the main terrace, perfect for an outdoor break.

Secondary Bathroom

Located between the first and second bedroom, this bathroom is elegant and refined, entirely white. It is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin, offering functionality and comfort in a clean, modern environment.

Terraces

The first terrace, accessible from the living room and the second bedroom, is spacious and furnished with a small table, perfect for a break in the open air.

The second terrace, accessible from the kitchen and the main bedroom, has a table and chairs and is a little smaller, but just as cosy. From this terrace there is also access to the laundry room with washing machine.

Finally, the flat is equipped with air conditioning in every room to ensure maximum comfort in every season. In addition, high-speed Wi-Fi is available, perfect for working or surfing during your stay.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.



Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
