The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. It is a rooftop place with skylights (aside from the windows), has a great sofa in the living room and a modern appearance. The check-in process appears complicated at first but they did a good job with videos showing how to access the building, elevator and apartment. Yes there is an elevator which is not to be expected in Italian apartment buildings, super helpful for luggage. This was our sixth and last VRBO on this trip before returning home so we had gathered some impressions to compare. In general, be grateful if everything is working. We were very grateful that the washer and dryer in the apartment mentioned in the listing actually worked. To have a washer in an Italian VRBO is unusual. To have a dryer is superb. That was the main reason we rented the place. The day before we got to our first place in Milan we got a message that the washer was broken. Do not expect refunds or coupons, but expect to have fun and a different experience in a different culture. Therefore, when we noticed the toilet flusher didn’t work here, we shrugged and hand-flushed with a bucket. The management did react immediately and had it repaired within a day. Listing states it’s a “green” neighborhood”. Must be because of the trash separation, not because there are any parks. Location was “off the beaten path”, 10 min walk to Metro. To a larger grocery store at least 20 min.
