The property, situated on the top floor with elevator access and a shared garden, consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a large double bedroom, hallway, and bathroom. Completely renovated and opened with great attention to detail and design, it overlooks Via Lamarmora and can accommodate up to four guests. The apartment is independent and comfortable, extremely bright and quiet, redesigned with care and furnished with antique parquet floors. I wanted to create a space that offers all the comforts of a modern home while preserving the charm of a period residence.
