Staff were very professional and attended to my needs/requests promptly and courteously. I also noticed that they provided this level of service to other guests as well. I also liked the hotels's proximity to Milano Centrale station and metro lines and the cleanliness of the renovated rooms. The only area for improvement: the corridors need to be renovated.

Great night’s stay in Milan

We were only in Milan for one night but the Hotel Berna was in the perfect location to reach the sights in the city. The room was very comfortable. We had an early departure leaving before breakfast but the hotel made us up a breakfast bag which was great!

Staff was very friendly. Spoke English, which was helpful. Several restaurants in the area. About a 10 minute walk from Milano Central was very convenient too. Italy trip for two

The hotel was close to Milan Central train station. Had some good places to eat near by. The staff at front desk very helpful especially Andre. The breakfast was as very good we had it our last day. The bathroom was a bit small but the bed was very nice.
