Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was abundant and high quality. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Location was amazing. Only complaints were that overall the hotel is dated and in need of renovation, hallways and some of the rooms smelled smokey (we had to ask to change rooms because of the smoke smell and were accommodated immediately), and breakfast is too "intense" with the staff watching your every move and picking up your plates the second you lift your last bite.

The breakfast was typical, nothing special, those coffee machines should be banned in all of italy! Unfortunately, all hotels are now using them, the coffee is horrible, it's italy, the coffee should be an experience!

One of my favorites in all of Europe! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Not only is the location a dream- mere few minutes away from Duomo, but the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and welcomed! I have now made this my go to hotel for each time I visit Milan!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Room was spacious for a solo traveler. Very clean and just a few minutes walk from the Duomo and tram and metro stops.
