we loved the hotel it was great. The cleaning staff and food staff were great but some of the hotel staff at the front desk were so rude and the types of words said that it appeared to be racist. Which made for an uncomfortable stay in a beautiful unique old hotel.

Really good location, right across from Missori metro stop and in a great area. Had a courtyard room so was very quiet. Breakfast was good. Bathroom could probably do with an upgrade but was spotless clean. I was actually pleasantly surprised with the hotel given the price we paid, kind of old world charm

I'm an older woman who travels by myself. I felt very safe and comfortable here. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was very clean. It's a short walk to the Milan Duomo and other attractions. The staff was able to get taxis quickly for me for the places that were not walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.
