Hotel was perfect for a couple of nights, we wanted to travel in to Milan and lake Como, both were easily accessible. The hotel itself seemed more of a business hotel but it worked fine for our needs

Average Hotel Needs Maintenance

The rooms need major renovation and Maintainance. The doors were making squeaky noises and hard to open. The rooms had a bad smell as well. From outside and the lobby it was good but rooms need major maintenance. The location is bit far from major attractions and the front desk are always busy so they need more people definitely. No one picks up the phone from front desk .

I don't know how this hotel got rated 4 stars, but that needs to be updated. We stayed at other hotels in Florence and Venice that were rated 4 stars that were rated appropriately and this hotel was nothing like them. The carpet in the hallways leading to the room had been vacuumed, but only directly down the center. The buildup of dust and dirt along the edges of the wall was gross. The room itself had a distinct musty odor and half the surfaces in the room were peeling away - the wallpaper, the flooring, the molding, the edges of the mirror. The beds were like sitting on a hard piece of cardboard. The location is also not convenient as advertised. The "train station" that is is located near is not a metro and the train doesn't take you anywhere that you would like to go (as a tourist). There is a bus stop nearby though. I can only think the reviews from guests who agreed with the 4 star rating must have never stayed in an actual 4 star hotel before. It was so bad we took the loss of the money on the rooms because it was nonrefundable and left to go to another hotel. The staff offered to give us another room, which was appreciated, but the buildup of dirt in the hallway convinced us it wasn't the specific room that was the problem.

Nice place

The hotel matched the photos exactly. Everything was in order and met our expectations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. There is a beautiful large yard, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The only issue we encountered was in the bathroom. The shower area had an unpleasant odor, likely due to a loose tile under the shower. Water had accumulated beneath it, and stepping on it occasionally caused dirty water to surface. Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience was very positive. Given the high standard of the rest of our stay, I still believe the hotel deserves a 5-star rating

Old hotel, run down, bad location (but this is my fault for not checking), AC in the room doesn’t work and when front desk answered the proposed solution was to send a fan to the room! Not change room or try and fix AC which means they are aware of it. And fan was not sent for hour and half so I called again and no answer so I went down and got it.

It’s not at all what’s pictured. It looks like they used Ai generated photos because this is definitely not a 4star hotel. I think they renovated an old 4 star but this is more a 2 star. The entire hotel is painted black with cheap paint. It needs an updating. I reserved 2 twins ended up with a king. My son and I were so exhausted we just felt with it. The beds are extremely uncomfortable you can feel the springs. The best thing I can saw is the bathroom. The bathroom size was great and the water pressure was amazing. Taking a hot shower after checking in a midnight made all the bad of the hotel seem okay. Also we placed the do not disturb sign and both days the house keeper entered our room. We didn’t even attempt to eat in the overpriced cafe.
