Reception and free shuttle were great. That part was 5*. Super fast at responding to calls and emails. The airport transfer is a bonus of this place and the hotel restaurant is amazing. Best pizza we had in all of Italy. As for the room, that was a different story. :-/ Does not look like photos. Definitely needs a renovation. The bathroom did not look like the floor was cleaned and it was old old old. But if you’re only here for a night it’s manageable.

A truly hidden gem for a stay close to Malpensa Milano Airport particularly as it provides an airport shuttle. Located in a small village atmosphere the hotel offers an alternative to staying in Milan itself. Close to a train station makes it easy to travel to other locations. A recommendation I would suggest is to improve the lighting in rooms otherwise I would definitely stay again.

This was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel for a quick overnight before a flight. I was coming from Tuscany and wasn't sure which train I'd make. The staff communicated with me the whole time on how to get into the hotel, should I arrive after the last shuttle. When I got to the airport I called, and the shuttle was there within 10 min, super seamless. The hotel also offered to have food waiting in my room from the restaurant which was amaaazing and such a nice touch. The staff was so helpful, they even left me a bag of snacks for the next day since I'd be leaving before breakfast for my flight. The room itself was perfect for what I needed, super clean as well. I would highly recommend staying here if you need to get to and from the Milan airport it was 10/10 !

Fast & easy shuttle service. Staff spoke English & was courteous. The rooms are functional & great for a connection journey stay. Breakfast spread had protein, fruits & plenty of flaky pastries. They also have plenty of gluten-free & dairy free options in the breakfast. I enjoyed this cute little hotel for a comfortable during my connection to Florence.

It had everything I wanted. Close to the airport friendly staff , easy check-in, clean, quiet and the restaurant on site was really good. I had an early flight and was leaving the hotel before breakfast was served and they put together a very nice Takeaway package for me. Much appreciated.
