Room was clean and modern. The staff friendly and helpful. There was a blockage in the bathroom sink but it didn't bother me too much for one night. It was convenient to catch an early morning train from Milano Centrale. The hotel itself is nice but the area around it isn't great if you're there for more than one night.

The location is farther than expected—approximately a 20-minute walk from Milano Centrale. Commuting is not very convenient, as the nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, and the nearby bus and tram services do not reliably follow their schedules. Additionally, the main entrance is not luggage-friendly, as there are approximately 12 steps to climb to enter the hotel. The room itself was clean and modern. However, upon arrival, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, clearly left by a previous guest. I reported this to the reception desk, and while the staff member noted the issue and said someone would be sent to investigate, no one ever came to address it.

L’hébergement était plutôt bien, beaucoup de transport (pas toujours à l’heure). Bon petit déjeuner (peu de choix). Mais ce qui est à revoir c’est l’hygiène, les draps sale n’était pas changé quand il le fallait ! Mais le personnel était très gentille et accueillant. L’hygiène est le seul point à souligner.

One of the best hotels I have been in Italy. If you miss the comfort of being in the US, this is the place to stay. Amazing shower, space is great, close to the train station as well as the Duomo if you take the metro. We stay with our 7 & 3 yr old and we loved it! Breakfast was also great and convenient!

The bathroom is not good. I paid a 4 star hotel and every time that I used the shower I needed to clean all the floor. This bathroom doesn’t have door in the shower glass.
