One of the rooms had a problem with the shower water. Took two days to change the room. In the second day, the key codes changed and we took one hour to be able to get the new codes to enter. In addition, a little bit distant from the metro. Other than that, the stay was pretty good.

The apartment is very nice but internet never worked , that was a big issue for us that need to work and have contact to our kids. Air conditioning is set to 24 ‘c and it was so hot at night. People that works for the building entrance very rude. For us the area was a little bit far from everything, not closed to restaurants .

My first time in a digitalised/hybrid aparthotel. Its neat and very nice but i wish curtain control and ac works. It was hot in my room and has to open the patio doors. It helped cool off the night but a bit noisy from the traffic, and mosquitos come in. Overall, ill stay here again as long they fix the thermostat and shutter control.

Excellent option

We loved the stayed here, location is quiet but close enough to transport (tram and metro). The building is completely new and modern. Room has everything you need pretty smart stuff in it. There is a concierge 24/7. I wouldn’t rent a car in Milan just saying. We would definitely stay again.

We were given a wrong passcode so had to stay outside waiting for nearly an hour. Then the room was not cleaned so we had to move to another room. Take a lot of time and too much hassle when travelling with kids. The rooms weren’t prepared for 4 guests as there are no bedding/towels for the kids and we had to do bedding ourselves. The condition of the new room is good, clean and modern. Area is okay but doesn’t look very safe at night. Customer service team was available to assist on whatapps, a bit slow to reply but generally helpful.

Nice location with lift access

Location is about 20 minutes walk to Central Station. Street parking is easy outside or nearby. Check-in instructions were clearly sent on the day of arrival.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. While I was hoping for a comfortable and pleasant stay, I encountered several issues particularly with air conditioning. Returning to a 28 degrees room temperature after a long day was a nightmare and kids almost fell sick. Vacation is about to get ruined with my numerous complains about the AC it was the same excuse that it will get cooler by the day. I would not shy to give a one star rating. Thanks.
