The room was clean, smelled fresh, but had carpet, and so was dusty; carpet is always a bad choice for rooms. Staff were great! What stops it getting five stars for me was the lack of a power outlet on my wife’s side of the bed!!! I can remember the last time I was in a modern hotel that didn’t have power outlets on both sides of the bed.

Staff is attentive with great service!! Room was clean and ready at check in. This place have a bar and food available. will recommend it to anyone traveling in a early flight from Malpensa Terminal 2, Terminal 1 is accesible via Bus just across the street and access to the Malpensa express train to Milano Centrale.

It was close to the shuttle buses. So amazing. This staff was so amazing from the minute we walked into the lobby/restaurant. All the customers including ourselves were in such a good mood. The staff insisted that they pack a breakfast first thing in the morning before we left. Who does this? It was superior service. When we arrived, we were tired and hungry, they fixed all that so we could get on with our long trip ahead. Thank you so much Moxy. You guys are all the best.
