Apartment is perfectly located! Very close to Duomo and a lot of great shopping and dining options. Very safe building. The apartment was easy to access and was very clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again next time we are in Milan.

Very nice apartment. Communication was excellent. My unit had a washing machine too. Only downside, shower didn't really get hot. But other than that, great spot and walkable location to the main attractions

Loved my stay at Milan Retreats! Great communication, constant and precise, good instructions on how to enter property. Hosts were always available for questions. We were able to store our luggage with the central office, and the host there was incredibly helpful with suggestions for food and calling us taxi for the ride to the Central station. Great central location, walking distance to all major attractions. Would stay there again when in Milan. Highly recommend it.

Horrible Management. Tried to keep us hostage in a room smelling thick of cigarettes. Mother is immune compromised with a chronic cough. We left after 1 hour as she could not handle it. No apology or compensation was given. I'm out 500+ Euros

The apartment is completely different from what was shown in the photos. It is much smaller, and lacks essential furnishings like a dining table, chairs, and a sofa. This is a clear case of false representation, and we feel deceived. We did not expect such a drastic difference between what was advertised.

The property was clean, and equipped with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—just a short distance from the Duomo, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The support team,was highly responsive and extremely helpful in addressing any inquiries or requests. Overall, I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Wonderful stay!

Communication with the hotel began before we arrived and made self check in easy. Daniele answered any questions we had through Whats App within seconds. The apartment was clean and in a good location. The restaurant recommendations were excellent and we appreciated the luggage storage after check out. Overall, a very organized, comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Overall really great! Only thing I could say for improvement would be upgrading the pillows and possibly adding a safe. Location was perfect and close to metro and host was very communicative!

We travel a lot but most of the time we stay in a hotel. First time we tried to stay in an apartment. The apartment is very spacious, centrally located so very close to attractions and restaurants, shops. Communication was great through WhatsApp, overall we enjoyed our stay!

I liked that the Duomo Cathedral and dining options were all within walking distance. Overall, our stay at Milan Retreats was great. The only thing that could make it better would be a spacious bathroom.
