Located in a quiet courtyard along a secluded street in the center of Pogliano Milanese, IL CORTILETTO APARTMENT is the ideal solution for those seeking a convenient and functional base near Milan. Easily accessible, it’s perfect for attending international events, trade fairs, or business and leisure appointments.

The apartment opens onto a bright living area with a modern open-plan kitchen, dining table, and double sofa bed — ideal for comfortably hosting up to two additional guests (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, offering ample space and organization, even for longer stays. The bathroom includes a shower and private washing machine, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not include a private parking space, but there are many public parking spots in the surrounding area.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

The apartment is located on a quiet one-way street in the center of Pogliano Milanese, in an area well served by essential services: pharmacies, ATMs, cafés/tobacco shops, and restaurants/pizzerias. About 500 meters away is the Tigros supermarket, large and well-stocked with both groceries and household items. A short distance away lies the Parco del Basso Olona, ideal for relaxing walks in nature. In about 15 minutes by car, you can reach “Il Centro” in Arese, one of the largest shopping centers in Europe, with over 200 stores of all kinds. The Rho Fiera international exhibition center is about 20 minutes away and can also be easily reached by train from the Vanzago-Pogliano station. Milan city center is about 20 km away and is easily accessible by public transport.

How to get there:

By car, take the Lainate exit from the E35 highway and continue on the SP101. With GPS, the apartment can be reached in about 10 minutes. Milan Malpensa Airport is about 30 minutes away.

By train, from Milano Porta Garibaldi station, take the S5 line towards Varese and get off at Vanzago-Pogliano (6 stops, about 15 minutes). From there, walk to the VZ002 bus stop on Via Garibaldi (in front of the Town Hall), take the Z618 bus, and get off at Via Nazario Sauro. Walk about 5 minutes to reach the apartment.
