The design of this hotel is very strange as it was an insurance company before. Elevators are slow and the hotel is right on top of both the tram and the subway. The first two floors are very noisy as you hear the tram or subway nonstop. Also, they closed every restaurant for private events while I was there so it was room service or go out. Lastly, their cancellation policies are awful - the actual staff on the ground floor, especially bellman and staff on the ground are excellent

Staff are good

Staff was very professional and good. Especially the lady in concierge was very helpful and kind. The cafe inside the hotel has very delicious croaissants. But the road construction beside the hotel was noisy and disturbed me.

Awesome property, perfect location & fantastic staff. Am now addicted to Marchesi chocolate, which was included with nightly turndowns lol. Will most certainly return on my next trip.

This hotel is beautiful. It was definitely a 5 star experience. The service was amazing from the porters and maids to the concierge and front desk. The restaurants we very good and the location can’t be beat. It was literally steps from the Duomo and the main shopping district. I would highly recommend it but it is expensive.

There were constructions just in the front of the hotel - not easy access, especially on arrival and departure with suitcases. No warning about this was received before arrival

Really sweet staff and close to Duomo

It was such a fun experience. They gave me champagne fruit and a VERY SWEET card the first night!! Top Notch Very close to the Duomo and I walked a lot while I was there. Super friendly kind staff. Their breakfast downstairs is in the prettiest room too. Best cappuccino I’ve ever had! I had a big tub and they gave me yummy bath salts and their products are really nice!! The only bummer was my room was on the courtyard below the restaurant and it was loud a few nights until after midnight. Tough to sleep when you have jet lag otherwise it was GREAT!
