The property is lovely and nicely designed. HOWEVER, I stayed for 2 days and construction work woke me up and was like this for hours. Staff said they are now done with work and you shouldn’t hear any more noise and they are supposed to start work at 9am. I informed them they did in fact start work before 9am. The next day the construction work started again and around 8am. I didn’t say anything because I was leaving out that day so I just left the room and walked around the neighborhood before checking out of the hotel. Also the walls are thin, you can hear the cleaning staff on the phone talking to whomever, the construction workers talking to one another and everyone coming and going. Not a good hotel to stay at if you are trying to get a little rest or get a later start to your day.

The hotel is a pure work of art! Well designed till the very last detail! Clean, staff very helpful, mini bar included, tv with Netflix etc. Indeed, there’s no breakfast/dining area but in Italy it’s not a problem - you can find a breakfast bar on every corner. The only negative part of the hotel is the noise suppression - unfortunately we could hear everything happening on the corridor/in neighbouring bathrooms.

We love friendly staff and service…room is very clean and nice decorated. We also love the bar in the room with fresh fruits chocolate and big variety of cold water. Would stay again.

Estéfano, Marvin, and I believe it was Sara we’re absolutely amazing. They were so helpful, welcoming and patient. They made the experience great. Loved the property felt so clean. Surrounded by many shops.

Initially I booked this hotel so I can have a break from all the traveling and get some spa days in. However, that never happened. It was misleading. I was unhappy with the outcome. The spa was 12 minutes away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also, you have to pay extra for the spa. What’s the point of a hotel that doesn’t offer a spa in the facility.

Overall the experience wasn’t great because of confusions. Design is interesting but user experience isn’t intuitive. The spa is not a part of the hotel so don’t expect those pretty pictures to become a part of your hotel experience

Boutique hotel near the university. Nice room and ambiance for the area. Had a unique check in experience where my Expedia confirmation didn't work, had to ask for help and given a side ways smirk by one agent but another was happy to help. Access to room is through a key pad code provided at check in. Take a picture unless you're good at memorizing numbers. Spent a couple days here and had ran into difficulties with the hot water, or lack there of, into the evening hours.

Very clean hotel

The stay was amazing! The offer nespresso coffee in the room with a mini fridge stocked up with water and gets refilled everyday. Very clean they have black out curtains. Beds very comfortable. In the ending they offer free drinks. Overall very clean There were ants in our room so they quickly offered for us to change that.

It was a beautiful little hotel which was executed to a really high standard. Clean, well designed and great little touches that felt like they were going the extra mile. Let down by no iron or steamer in the whole hotel. There is a dry cleaners about a five minute walk though.

This is a "smart hotel". Many of the features were not entirely intuitive and some were not quite in place yet. It's a very attractive facility and when everything is in place and the customer can decipher how to use the amenities, it'll be very nice!
