The hotel is pretty nice and the staff were great. They have a great breakfast buffet. When we went, there’s a lot of construction happening on the streets so you have to walk around a lot of it to get to where you need to go.

I can not say enough about the staff, they were excellent. From Mateo and Sara, who were very helpful, at the front desk to Andrea at guest services, he was a super star! He helped us navigate complicated train travel plans and numerous other restaurant and tourist recommendations ….. he spent over an hour with us!!!

Great hotel in centre of Milan

Not our regular hotel but due to some renovations we chose Room Mate and we can say that it was a wonderful choice. Great location, very modern and excellent facilities. Location!

Really convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Extensive breakfast buffet. Room spacious and comfortable. The roadwork that prevents immediate car access is the only downside...the hotel expects it to be ongoing for a few more months.

The triple room was spacious and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The Duomo was a 2 minute walk. Lots of shopping and restaurants within a few minutes.
