Not Comfortable!

The staff were great and the evening meal was a 10/10. But be warned book the hotel shuttle From the airport as taxi’s are expensive to and from the hotel. You are not able to walk it from the airport. The bed was very hard and only had one very thin pillow each. We both did not sleep much due to not being comfortable in the bed. The room was airtight and was unable to open a window. I would not stay here again on this basis.

The airport shuttle was super convenient. I booked the hotel mainly because of the shuttle. The hotel was super modern, clean, had a nice restaurant and a bar. There was also a vending machine in the lobby for drinks and snacks. I would stay here again.

Room was clean and seemed modern. Staff was not friendly or helpful when asking questions. Shower smelled like mold and had rotten grout. The mattress and pillow were very hard. Because there is no room service, I ordered to go and the food was pretty good. No screen share on tv’s for iPhones and no Eng channels.

I'm sorry to say, of all the hotels we stayed in during our 16 day Italy, Greece vacation the Tribe Milano Malpensa was the worst experience we had. Starting with the contact phone number (that never rang through to the hotel) ordering a shuttle from the airport to the hotel should be a much easier experience. The lobby was garishly lit with some 40+ hard white LED rods that were literally blinding when sitting in the bar lounge area - perhaps this was supposed to be a hip design element? The fruit flies and pests buzzing around the bar made it difficult to enjoy a cocktail and meal. The back bar was filled with a littering of dirty plates and glassware - clearly the management needs to staff the Service areas more appropriately. The staff themselves were all friendly and working very hard, but so were we slapping away the flies from the dirty bar area. So we quickly ate our dinner, paid and went up to our room. Again, the staff was pleasant and hard-working, but the overall hotel experience was barely a 5 out of 10. There are other hotels that are conveniently located near the airport.

I would have given the hotel a 5 starts reviews if it wasn’t for two things, 1- no USBC in the rooms only usb connection, hotel had no European outlet converter, which I traveled for a month around Europe and had no issue in any other hotel as all had the updated usbc connection 2- the AC it doesn’t cool the room they have it very controlled and hardly not warm let’s say that so if you like to sleep in a cold room then forget about it, and everytime you leave your room that AC just stops automatically as I guess it’s motion sensor activated. So in a hot summer that would be a big issue for me . Other than that the hotel is perfectly located by terminal 1, and installation are great, clean, modern and the highlight is the Kevin Murphy hair products
