Staff was friendly. Was nice to be able to use the dining are to gather with family to play games. Biggest issue was lack of hot, even warm water for showering. Was a problem both nights.

We have stayed here multiple times. My 6yr old likes the pool a lot. This time around the jacuzzi wasnt working and we think they funneled the water into the pool because the pool was warmer. Very safe and clean. Great breakfast. This is the first time though we had an issue. A new front desk worker charged our card 3x. We travel on a tight budget and this messed up the rest of our 4 day trip to Billings for medical appointments. Not seeing the refund until a week later. We had to call to ask about it as well and the management wasn't notified until 5 days after our one night stay.Yes, my spouse asked about it before we checked out with another staff who blew the situation off. We will probably stay here again because it was a new staff situation. But we will be very careful and firm when checking in, in the future.

This is another hotel that has just seen better days and hasn’t been updated in years. I mean who would put in putting green color carpeting in this day and age. Bed super uncomfortable, woke up with horrible back ache. Breakfast served in room with folding tables. Very noisy, can hear constant trucks going by the room at all hours waking us up. Next time I would just pick a more modern hotel that exist in the area. This hotel was $50 cheaper but you definitely get what you pay for. Staff was friendly enough,

They did not clean our room, make the bed, or clean the bathroom or give us new towels after our first night. I had to go down to the office and request new towels after we got back to the hotel after our first day.
