We watched a maid s dog (DEXTER) pee on our door. Floor in bathroom was in prett poor shape. Hot tub was not working. Beds were crinkly noisy whenever you moved. Bbq place next door was really hood.

Some good - some not so good

Very average motel due to the worn appearance. Basic cleanliness if you didn't look in the corners. Bed was uncomfortable - lumpy, saggy and squeaky. Fridge had so much frost in the freezer space that it was nearly impossible to open the door. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Grounds were neat and clean. Room air conditioner was better than in most hotels - it was easy to achieve a consistent temp.
