The hotel has got a very special atmosphere in style and service. We enjoyed the quality of the Lord Nelson Suite and the view to the harbour from there. Staff went above and beyond, even finding a mini fridge for my babies food before our stay. Play area is good for older kids Staff were all super friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean with a good view.
