Icy steps and dangerous when we arrived.Cheap and unconfortable "cafeteria chairs" in dining room. No dish cloth. No table cloth .Outside deck and fire pit full of snow. And the worst his the chimney detached from the wall and a huge window "off track" in living room ,dangerous . We were in fiddler lake about 10 times in the last few years in different cottages and always very satisfied with everything .This one we would never go back , very sad to see this cottage is neglected that way by his owner . We will go back to fiddler but # 72 his off of our list for good.

The resort has a nice setting and lots of activities for families. QuietThe pool was great for the young grandkids.The chalet open concept was wonderful and plenty of spaces.

Clean and great cottage look and feel. Stunning location. Cottage needs TLC with many unchanged burnt lightbulbs, torn sofas, malfunctioning stovetop. Sauna was out of order. Main issue was with old windows that needs replacing. They were drafty and the cottage had a difficult time keeping warmth in winter nights. Would come back to Fiddler Lake but not at that particular cottage in this condition.

We had a great time at this chalet. Everything we needed was available. The property was clean, check in and communication was smooth and there was lots of room for everybody in our group. The refrigerator filter needed replacing and the internet could have been a bit stronger, but these were minor issues. We had lots of fun here, the football and pool table were a hit and access to all of the resort amenities was seamless. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage! It had everything for a fun stay with the family -- the pool table was a big hit! We had a tiny issue upon arrival and Jollin took care of it immediately. I highly recommend this lovely home and the responsive host!

Excellent vacation spot

We were in the area for a baseball tournament in St Jerome. This accommodation was the perfect mix of luxury, rustic and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed quiet nights around the campfire and the spacious indoor space.

We had a fantastic week here. Owner was very communicative and house was exactly as described. Very clean, had more things (utensils, toilet paper, BBQ, glasses, mugs, plates, towels etc) than any other rental we've been to. Kitchen was large, lots of seating for friends and family, hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. We hope to come again in the future. Thank you for everything!

the cottage was good but there were things I was disappointed in especially the non functioning sauna as I had booked this cottage for this reason. The outdoor firepit was also not shoveled out when other cottages were. Also the basement needs some upkeep, definitely a paint job as there were scuffs and marks all over, the sofa had a big tear in it and had dog hair on it and wires were sticking out of the wall. Thanks

Nous avons aimĂ© les services offerts au resort ainsi que les chambres spacieuses et confortables.Petits commentaires Ă  vĂ©rifier que nous avons remarquĂ© pour votre information gĂ©nĂ©ral, mais qui n’a pas vraiment affectĂ© notre sĂ©jour pour autant: la cheminĂ©e semble avoir des problĂšmes structurels (est en trĂšs de se dĂ©coller du mur), certaines options sur le four ne fonctionnent pas (broil, convection), les bĂątons de la table de billards sont usĂ©s sur les bouts, plusieurs lumiĂšres brĂ»lĂ©e ou manquante dans les chambres, seulement une mitaines de four.Merci encore, nous sommes bien satisfait.

Aucune complication pour l'arrivée, tout a bien été expliqué. Endroit propre, je ne peux rien dire pour le spa car nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. Pour les commodités du chalet tout était parfait, mise à part le fourneau qui ne fonctionne pas bien.
