• Security Deposit:
The $800 deposit is frozen (not charged) and released 7 days after departure if no damage is found.

Noise and Neighborhood

• Quiet hours after 10 PM
• Excessive noise may result in full retention of the deposit

Visitor Policy

Compliance

The owner/manager may terminate occupancy and expel guests or visitors in case of rule violations or disturbances to the neighborhood.
