3 bedroom 2 bath farmhouse cottage located on 6 mostly wooded acres, with a large fenced in yard for your pets. Here you get the privacy you crave all while only 30-45 minutes drive time to several gorgeous beaches. This place is perfect for those that don't want to just visit 1 beach but prefer to beach hop between the different local beaches. Or if you are tired of the hustle and bustle and just want to enjoy the nice quiet privacy of this serene location. The home will easily sleep 8 people. It also has a guesthouse on the property which is available for rent as well. Perfect for those with large parties. The guesthouse has it's own fenced yard as well and the fences aren't joined so if you have dogs that tend to fight at other dogs they should be fine here because the fences are completely separate. The main house has a large porch with rocking chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee and it faces the very private fenced front yard.

Good Location, Great for Dogs

For us it is a great location for the activities we are involved with in the Blacklwater State Forest. With dogs, having the yard is a blessing.
