We are sorry to hear that you were disturbed by the noise from the kitchen extractor fan from the restaurant next door and the delivery truck in the morning. As we share the car park with the restaurant next door it can get busy in the car park in the morning even so we try to regulate as much as possible. Unfortunately, delivery times are out of our control as it is arranged by the restaurant. Please, next time request a quiet room upon arrival as we want all our guests to experience the best time possible at Peartree Lodge Waterside.We hope that you will choose us again in the future.Kind regards,

Room had a lovely view, had good amenities, tea/coffee, hairdryer, etc. The room size was a bit small.

nice hotel

Nice hotel very friendly staff ,pleasant suroundings overlooking the narrow boats and canal ,good security would deffinetly recommend

Great for an overnight stopover

Pros: The shower.
Cons: TVs need to be checked regularly for tuning updates.
Location: Pub/restaurant next-door; canal for boating/walking; variety of entertainment in central Milton Keynes; museums and MK50 events throughout this year.
Our stay was a last minute stopover and we wanted somewhere close by to friends we were visiting. We weren't in the room for long so had no need for any fancy facilities but everything thing in the room was functional, clean and in good repair. Showers are normally my pet hate when away, but both pressure and temperature were easily adjustable. A very pleasant stay and great value for money.
