The decor is beautiful, the room was bigger than I imagined it would be, and the staff was very helpful. I unfortunately had a run in with another guest in the bar while watching football. The staff eventually called the police to handle this individual and staff was extremely helpful and apologetic to me, making sure my experience was still satisfying. Rest assured, we already have plans to visit again.

The hotel needs work. I felt misled by the website. The rooms have zero amenities-- rust in soap, no decor, stains on furniture and no tv access unless you have an i phone to connect your apps. The website claimed the rooms were soundproof and they were anything but.

Starbucks had limited food options - was told they do not carry all Starbucks food options, which I get, but worth noting. We stayed with unusual windy conditions. The old windows seems to let in a lot of cold air, so it was difficult to keep the full room at a somewhat constant temperatures. The new gate to the parking did not call out to hold onto your key when checking out to enable the gate to open upon departure. We got the issue resolved, but this did impact the exit from the garage area. All else was as usual top class.
