This top floor, 2000 sq ft open concept unit has higher end appliances, a spacious living & dining space with a bonus loft space for extra guests or additional living space. Private garage & a yard for relaxing with friends. Enjoy the quiet historic Brewer's Hill neighborhood from the patio off the living room. Walk, bike, ride the hop or take a short drive to any of the many attractions our great city has to offer.

2 bedrooms; 1 with a king bed & 1 with queen beds. There are queen bunk beds in the loft that accommodate 4 additional guests. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the loft. This unit is on the top floor of the building & comes with access to a 1 car garage with one additional space in front of the garage for a total of 2 cars. There is also plenty of street parking available.

Full, private access unit, patio & garage. The yard, driveway & hallways are shared space with 2 other units.

Historic Brewer's Hill is a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with beautiful older homes from the turn of the century. It used to be home to many of the beer brewers whose breweries were on the river, hence the name Brewer's Hill. The neighborhood is residential, but is walkable to restaurants, the Riverfront, and the downtown area. It’s a great place if you’re coming to enjoy Summerfest, Bastille Days, any of the downtown festivals or take in a Buck’s game or Brewer’s.

***This unit is located in a building with multiple units. All units are short or mid-term rentals. While the building is newer construction, the sound barrier between units is not perfect & you may hear some overhead noise from other guests. Our house rules do require that shoes are removed prior to entry & no loud music or late night partying to mitigate any disturbances.
*Please note: To complete your booking, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
*No Milwaukee residents allowed.
*Any Rental over 30 days requires a signed residential lease.
*Be respectful of the neighbors (NO loud music or late night partying).
*No shoes or smoking in the house.
*Events or outside guests in the home must be cleared with the host prior to booking, there may be an additional charge depending on the event.
*Pets are allowed however are not to be left unattended.
*Also, there may be additional space available for rent for bigger groups. If you have additional guests, please check with the host before booking.
*Please turn off lights, fans, etc. when not in use and before you leave
*Please inform the host if the property has been damaged in any way or special cleanup is needed.
