Toilet dirty, bathroom floor sticky, shower curtain did not contain shower water(wet floor after shower) not quiet, bad tasting water from stale ice from ice machine, heating cycled way too frequently and kept me up, bed uncomfortable. Why is there Spanish channels/language??? This is America! Speak English

Great, CLEAN rooms, great breakfast. They will also let you late check out (12 instead of 11) for free. Everyone was so nice! This really should be at least a 4 start hotel, deff a hidden gem for the price! Great nights stay!👍👍

Beds were like laying on springs, dirty with stuff splattered on the walls in multiple places, hair in the tub, walls are super thin so it was quite noisy from the neighbors and hallway, smelled so strong of chemicals from cleaners or air fresheners that it almost instantly gave me a headache. Ended up leaving and getting a room elsewhere bc it was so bad.

It would have been great but…The bedspread top was soiled with a fresh yellow substance 2/3 of the way down the bed. You were out of eggs by 6:35 and no one ever came to monitor/fill. We left a little after 7, and no one was at the desk or eating area.

My event (a conference) cancelled due to the gov't shutdown. I let the hotel know as soon as I knew. They ignored my asking for a refund (or at least allowing me to rebook for when the conference comes back). So, they stole my money, and don't quite care.
