The property itself was clean, but the hot tub had gross slime floating in it along with outside of it. The bathroom was also really dirty inside the sleeping room. The toilet was fully, the bottom of the shower was almost whack from the cake on dirt. Rest of the room was clean.

Over all the rooms were fine and clean! However.. the pool was FREEZING cold and unable to be used, the hot tub was nice and big but it's clear that it's not cleaned often. There was garbage and popsicle sticks floating in it. Clumps of hair all around the edges. Over all just very dirty!

Didn't sleep a wink

I booked this hotel because I wanted to get some pool time for exercise. Upon checking in, saw the note that the pool wasn't heated because they were waiting for a part. Thought I could "walk" in the hot tub... there was a weird hump in the bottom that precluded that safely. When I finally decided to try to turn in - around 1 am - couldn't engage the lock because a sketchy repair did not allow it (see image). Was not about to get dressed, pack, and wander around the hotel to get to the front desk. Dragged the chair over and propped it under the door knob and parked my walker there too. The bed was a hard as a rock and the guy next door snored louder than my husband (not the hotel's fault). Now I anticipate a fight with Expedia to refund the canceled night fee. Watch for an Expedia review.

Room was clean and breakfast wasn't great but wasn't terrible. Only issue was the pool was very dirty, that's the whole reason we got the hotel room was for my son to go swimming and we ended up getting out of the pool because he had a big crawling on him as well and nats flying around and dead inside of the hot tub and pool
