My stay was not the most pleasant. I had to change my room about three times. One of the rooms I was transferred to had a spider crawling on the headboard. The staff did their best to rectify the situation. However, I was very disappointed with my stay.

We used to like staying here, but this last visit was disappointing. It was pretty dirty (floors not vacuumed and sticky carpeting). It is definitely time to upgrade bathrooms (our shower leaked onto the floor). The gym had no wipes, towels, or air conditioner. We had to ask twice over our 4 night stay for towels/coffee. No free coffee in lounge either!!!

Comfortable and quiet.

There were some great things like the available early check in, the functioning ice machine, the comfortable bed. There weee also some not so great things like the tired feeling shower, the bathroom sink that didn’t drain well and the luggage carts which were too small to bother with. We took advantage of the available pay for breakfast one morning and it was ok, but there was only one person working there, both taking the orders and doing the cooking. It was a long wait and we wished that we had gone elsewhere. The shuttle to the festival we attended was convenient and a nice surprise! We will stay here again.

Staff Great, ad online needs to be fixed

The staff was great. Rooms where clean. Our tv didn't work right away so had to call the front desk. The pool hasn't worked in months, and we got the hotel for the pool. There is no hot tub at all and the ad shows that there is. We are not happy about that. We picked the hotel because the add said it had a pool and hot tub. We had out three kids with and was looking forward to swimming. They need to fix there add

Every other day cleaning is not ideal; the bathrooms were not cleaned well - diet and paper were still left on the floor after the cleaning was supposedly done. The coffee was not good. The bacon was kinda cold. But the breakfast was good. Thank you for the complimentary waters and everyone was kind.
