We arrived an hour after check in and our room was not ready yet. Front desk let us know and was apologetic and it didn’t take long. The room was an odd layout, with a small entry room with a tv and couch and nothing else. Beds were nice but we had no cups, no idea where the ice machine was or any way to get drinks. The deadbolt didn’t work, it was actually offset and the door didn’t open all the way. Room was clean overall, but just a little unusual layout and website pictures definitely did not reflect.

The facility was obviously very old & remodeled numerous times with an attempt to upgrade. The room was so dirty, obviously their cleaning standards are very low. I have photos to show. The place was not worth it. It should have been in the same category as a cheap roach infested motel you bring a stranger to, to be with for a short time. Rooms are very small. There is more room in a camper than this room. Almost said we’ll go sleep in the car, but the location was so sketchy we probably would have been kidnapped into trafficking. If you have children, this is not the place to stay the night at. Just a poor place to stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has been updated and has a modern look. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom in the room was nice sized, but it was clear there was some shoddy workmanship. Very sloppy caulking around the sink, black streaks on one wall that had not been cleaned or repainted to match the gray walls, and the shower was v difficult to turn on/off. There was a piece missing to the faucet, so when you turned it on or off (with great effort), the whole handle comes of in your hand. It was late at night and we didn't want to wait ffor maintenance to come, so we just dealth with it. Overall, very good experience. Good breakfast, except that we arrived right at 7 a.m. when it starts and for the 30 minutes we were there, they never made any coffee.
