very clean- however - the downstairs was freezing. like we had to wear coats during breakfast. was not usable- and our room if the heat wasn’t constantly going a fan that wouldn’t shut off would push cold air in like an air conditioner….

The room was clean. It took 4 days to get the room cleaned, and when they finally did clean, they just replaced the towels and replenished the coffee. They didn’t change the sheets or clean the sink. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was freezing. I would stay again if the price was right.

I had multiple issues with my room key and the front desk staff was beyond helpful with getting me into my room when the technology was working against us! Huge shoutout to the young lady behind the desk on Sunday afternoon, and the gentleman present on NYE.

The facility seems to be fairly new and well cared for. Staff were friendly. The breakfast is as good as anything you would get in a restaurant. My only concern was the weekend that I stayed was extremely cold. I believe the high temperature was 4° with a hefty wind. The window in my room did not seem to be well caulked. It was difficult with the wind coming in around the edges of that window to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room My last night there I packed the extra pillows into the window and secured it with hangers from the closet.
