The property was used by the state for a voucher system for displaced, homeless, etc. I called them before booking to ask if they were and they said no. I asked in person’s well and they lied while I was there. Ac went out, keys didn’t work for doors, or they worked for neighbors door having went into wrong room one time. elevators did not work one day. Homeless hung outside. Noise was ridiculously loud all times of the night. Kids running in hallways. I had to ask everyday for toilet paper and towels even after I’d asked in the am for them. It was the baddest experience staying at a hotel I have ever had.

The place was extremely dirty. Floors in the hotel were sticky, lots of crumbs/dirt against the edges everywhere. Trim all beat up, doors weathered. Our room door didn’t even shut/lock when you entered or left unless you pulled it tight after it closed. That’s definitely a scary thought, especially with kids coming or going

The rooms are clean but bed mattress was a little too firm for us. The halls could've used some vacuuming as we noticed some lint in various places. The desk staff person was very nice although it appeared that she was the only staff on duty for the evening shift. Overall we had a good stay and would book again in the future.

Booked 5 nights for $140 per night. It’s a hilton and high price so must be fine right? Wrong. My floor (the 4th floor) smelt terrible, and both the hardwood floors and carpet were dirty. There were actually a bunch of screws and small sharp wood pieces on the floor. It has not been vacuumed in a long time. My room had a different smell but it also smelt terrible. The floor was dirty and unvacuumed. It is a very old room. I booked somewhere to sleep, and this is not a place to sleep. It is directly next to a busy highway with construction going on. The room is not soundproof, you need earplugs to even have a chance at sleeping. As soon as i checked in i left and booked another hotel. I told them i could not stay in this room and left a note to the general manager. Hilton refused to refund me since it was booked through expedia, and the hotel has refused to respond to expedia. I did not stay a single night here and I want my money back! I would not call this a ripoff but an actual scam. Hilton should feel embarrassed.

Awful.. smell of weed everywhere.. elevators & hallways… neighborhood Not great … and this is suppose to be a hilton brand? Coffee for breakfast always had coffee grounds in it.. i guess i had high expectations for a “hilton” hampton inn… but it was simply a “smelly motel” - with renovated rooms.. also why is there a mattress in the back parking lot? People hanging out in a car in the parking lot? Of course on the first morning there was screaming then police came- probably best to find another place.

Horror at Hampton

People are living in the hotel. People using drugs and passing out in stairways. Girl from the gentleman’s club seem to be “working” out of the hotel. The pool seems to be used by local kids. Cars broken into in the parking lots. People loitered all around the property. Only 1 elevator works. They seemed to have a supply problem with toilet paper and only proved a half a roll at a time Fire alarm seems to go off frequently

We had issues with our key cards not working. Had to make SEVERAL trips to desk before staff came up. Stood in hallway for over 20 minutes at one point. Hallways were dirty. Garbage in bags left outside rooms for over 15 hours without being picked up. For being a NOT SMOKING HOTEL the place reeked of Marijuana. Breakfast was one of the best ive had at a hotel. The breakfast staff was awesome, friendly and efficient.
