Pros: nice hotel, very clean. Breakfast smelled good and there was always coffee. We stayed for a concert so it was basically a bed to sleep in before we drove home. Cons: they told me the hold was going to be $50 and the charge should fall off in a few days, it's been a week and it was $60. Parking is goofy and it was a cluster trying to find parking for a large truck. Maybe I'm wrong but every other hotel stay, my parking was free when I stayed at the hotel. The $80 ($60 I probably won't get back and the $20 for overnight, unsecured parking) killed the spark here.

The Hotel is just two or three blocks from the Third Ward and the Public Market. The staff is super. Everyone greets you with a smile. Thr hotel was clean, the breakfast was great and the location is close to everything. A special shout out to Rebecca who provided us with a wealth of information and made recommendations around the hotel, including shopping, restaurants and historial sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Within walking distance to main attractions. Free street parking on weekends eliminating a hefty valet or public parking charge. Staff courteous and helpful. Snafus with breakfast equip (pancake machine) and limited food (no sausage) 30 minutes before end of breakfast (some assumed Labor Day breakfast hours would be same as weekend). Staff brought out sausage but pancake machine was unusable. Overall very nice stay and staff did their best to accommodate.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The friendly and professional staff assisted with accommodating a late night arrival and late checkout. The room was perfect for what was needed. I was conveniently within walking distance of my destination. My goal for a quick and comfortable trip, within economical means, was accomplished.

We had such a good time! The walk to the Public Market and Third Ward was easy and we found most anything we wanted there! The staff was great. Rebecca and Deidre(?) of the daytime front desk were awesome helpiing us to decide the excursions of the day.

Parking was a nightmare and made our stay unfavorable. We went to a concert and returned well after midnight and we got lost trying to park in the surroundingparking garages. We didnt feel safe being lost at night in the city. We understand that parking is separate from the hotel but signage or instructions or anything to help would have been appreciated.

Everything was great. Only 4 stars as breakfast was so timed out of items ( coffee, pancakes ) and it took awhile to get resolved. But the cookies in the afternoon were amazing! Hotel is clean and quiet. Great location

Upon checkin we were assigned a room.on the top floor which would have been perfect except when wexwent into the room it hadnt been cleaned so we had to go back down to the desk to get a different room which then was on the 3rd floor. Received an apology but nothing else. Thought maybe they wouod have offered us something for the inconvenience.

New clean and close to downtown

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was new. Clean and convenient to the downtown area. The only negative was the 6am trash pickup every day. They don’t have control of that.
