Room was good for the price however housecleaning was hit or miss and they did not clean the bathroom floor once in the 5 days we were there and on the days they did clean the room, they would forget to empty out the trash cans or left the bathroom sink dirty. Breakfast was just ok, nothing to rave about. The staff day staff was much more helpful than the night staff but both were friendly. The hotel itself is nice and centrally located. We walked almost everywhere.

The one star is being nice, however this hotel doesn’t deserve a star. I reserved a room on NYE with a “city view” I was excited for a night get away to relax by myself. Upon arrival there’s unfortunately no free parking just valet and that’s about $30-35 per night. Hotel was very noisy like I could hear and feel the music vibrating furniture in my room this went on the entire night. I’m not sure if they cleared for or booked a party at the hotel but it sounded like a club was inside the hotel literally. Hotel did nothing about this. Room didn’t have towels had to go get them the next morning because I never received them the night before. Then the shower was dirty staff never cleaned it so I cleaned it myself. And back to the “city view “ window that was also extra $$ lol that was also not what I received. The only thing I saw out the window was one building and the building was bigger that the hotel so there was literally nothing to see . I would not recommend this hotel and the breakfast meat the put out the next morning was undercooked. I was able to speak with manager Rebecca and it was made clear these are the values that this hotel wants to be represented by. In my opinion save your hard earned money they won’t value it.

After checking in to my room, I unpacked my bag and headed out for the evening. When I returned, there were two new guests in my room! With my stuff! It all got sorted out eventually, my things were collected and I was reassigned another room. The hotel reimbursed me for one nights’ stay after I suggested both nights should be comped.

The entire building smelt TERRIBLE of weed. There were multiple people smoking it outside too. The 4th floor hallway looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. It was absolutely gross. Sketchy people outside begging for cigarettes. At one point my mom went down to the lobby and the front desk attendant was PASSED OUT. please do NOT bring your children here. It didn’t feel safe at all.
