There was No toilet paper or kleenex In our room and we didn't find out till 3.a.m! Terrible! It's the one thing that should be fully stocked... it's a basic hotel with basic service. In a very boring area of Milwaukee.

The AC did not work in the room and we let the front desk know and they let us know someone would help us that came in that evening. They said we would get a call but never got the call. The air was not circulating and our room was very warm. One morning the AC turned on out of nowhere at 7 am and it sounded like a jackhammer.
