I was very pleased with the Clarion. Everything from check-in, the room, amenities, and check was great; ten times better than the first hotel. It was closer to the airport and the hotel had a shuttle that took me to the airport this morning. This is a great hotel and I give it the highest rating possible!!!!!

Clean and pretty new hotel

First..I reserved a room with the City view second floor..got first floor parking lot view. Didn't like that the sink was not in the bathroom.. Shampoo dispenser had no shampoo. No body wash either. Low on staff when I arrived, but the clerk was nice.. Parking area was not very good.. good location next to restaurants and airport.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, in the afternoons when we would come back to our hotel our room key wouldn't work. It would let us in the outside door but not our room and we kept having to the front desk to have it reset. While waiting at the front desk we noticed several others that were also having to get their keys reset because they weren't working. Also, they came and got our dirty towels from the room but didn't replace them so we had to go to the front desk and ask for more towels. Other then that, everything was fine. It was an extremely clean hotel.

The layout is a bit confusing but once we entered our room, it was huge, one of the biggest we've ever had. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was large. We wish the breakfast had been a bit more substantial but there were restaurants within walking distance if that's what you wanted. Nice, friendly staff.

The hotel was nice, staff were pleasant and kind, rooms clean and big enough for two people, but rather on the small side. We were unaware that there wasn't going to be cable, which in the long run did keep us from being lazy, so all in all, not too bad and we would stay there again.

Sure! Here's a balanced and polite review you could leave for your stay at the Clarion Pointe Hotel: --- I had an overall decent stay at the Clarion Pointe. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance to a few food spots. The breakfast was okay — the coffee was good, and there were waffles and cereal, which are great for kids, but not much variety for adults. One thing to note: the hallways had a strong perfume-like scent that wasn’t really to my taste. Also, housekeeping is done every three days unless you request otherwise, which I was fine with, but it's good to know in advance. All in all, a solid place to stay if you're looking for something simple and convenient.
