The bathroom needed serious work, it was really crappy to see tub scum, mold/mildew, patchwork on the wall and circuitry of the bathroom light. There was other disrepair elsewhere in the hotel and it was super off putting.

Normally when you go to a hotel your deposit is about $50 as the max this hotel is asking $100 deposit. And are not willing to refund my money back for 4 days because of I'm canceling out my reservation never stay here and never put your money down on this place.

It has gone hill the first room was real rough saw several roaches even with the light on they were accommodating and moved us to a new room but still pretty rough shape. Trash piled up in the hallways, broken elevator, just not great.

What a sh!t hole!!!!

Upon arrival, the front door had debris on the floor and not to mention all throughout the building. I had reserved a suite, and at check in I was told they did not have any suites and that housekeeping did not clean any for the day. I was giving a standard room, and asked for a price adjustment from the suite to a standard room and was told since I used hotels.com to book the room no price adjustment could be made. Also was informed that all rooms are smoke free. However just walking down the hallway to the room you can smell a heavy marijuana smell. Everyone I had interacted with was rude and get to. I will never stay at this location ever again.

Was very disappointed with the breakfast or the lack there of. My daughter and I came downstairs at 7:30 there was only 1 package of muffins, bread, jelly and no butter. There was some Cheerios with just enough milk left to cover them. There appeared to be another cereal that was all over the counter. There were a few signs stating that you need to eat in the breakfast area and not to take anything out. It appeared that there were extended stay guests at this property. When I entered my room I could see that the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed or vacuumed well. The coffee put was missing the piece to put the coffee in to brew. My daughter put water in to make ramen and it looked like moldy stuff came out. The guy that checked us in was great, very friendly .

The tv didn’t work and there was no remote… no bed skirt, covers was dirty, bathroom was dirty, tub filthy…. Sticky substance on the bathroom floor. Dirty floor, carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in months. There was roaches all on the stand and refrigerator… absolutely want my money back

When I first got to the room there was only one wash rag and one towel. I went down to the frknt desk to ask for another one and they saod they were out. Then later in the night I found baby cockroaches! I would have slept in my car is it wasnt winter
