Expedia should NOT include this property. I plan to file complaints with the BBB and health department. I had to switch to a different hotel because this place was so bad. I will be submitting photos of blood on the curtains, the one towel was dirty, I had to sign saying I understood there was ZERO housekeeping during my stay, what appeared to be semen on the bedspread, mold in the bathroom, a sink that didn’t drain, a peeling bathtub with burn marks on it (WTH?), drug deals in the parking lot, what appeared to be urine on the elevator floor, broken window, disgustingly dirty trash can, trash and towels on the lobby floors, leaks in the ceiling, I could go on and on. I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. I had a family emergency and was desperate for a hotel on a Brewers weekend. Had I know how bad this place was, I would have slept in my car in a better part of town.

The staff were ok, I did not like that there was a limit of towels. The hallways and dining area were dirty. The elevator smelled like someone defecated in there. The continental breakfast was mainly prepackaged items except for the cereal. I will not book a room there again.

Run! Don't get fooled by the pictures. It's a dump

I really believed the images that they had on this site. It is very obvious they are stock photographs. The lobby looks nothing like that. The place is dark, it stinks and it is very dirty. As you can see by the images I uploaded the so called mattress covers, which are oversized sheets tied up at the corners look like have mold or very deep stains. Once you remove the cover the mattress looks so worn out. The room smelled and when I turned on the AC it got worse. The bathroom was disgusting, do't know if someone puked and did not get cleaned up well or is just that stained. We did not stay. On our way down trying to get a refund, which almost 3 weeks later still waiting. Another couple that checked in 10 minutes before I did was trying to get a refund because their room was infested with roaches and the bed has hairs. Really nasty experience.

The representative was rude and didn’t want me to get a receipt. My room wasn’t clean at all. I had no towels. I asked for towel at the front desk and was told they were out until 9:30am the next day. My bed sheets and trinkets of cut up paper on them and noticeable stains. The refrigerator had old sprite can that was open and there was hair all over the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was two boxes of Frosted Flakes

The service was not friendly. Everything made you feel like a criminal. The property was very run down. Pretty sure there were bed bugs. Free breakfast was a bowl of cereal. The window was broken in my room. Everything looked dirty. When we got there the towels looked used and were damp. So, I had to turn them in to get replacements. No hand towels. Odd smell kind of like marijuana. Maybe okay if the price was really cheap but it wasn't. It was literally the only hotel left in town. They posted a sign that if we take breakfast to our room they would keep the deposit

Unbeknownst to my husband and I, reasonably priced hotels in Milwaukee were few and far between for last minute booking for this last weekend. Booked 2 night stay, 2 people at Norwood Inn/Suites on Lover’s Lane in Milwaukee. Dates: 8/22/25-8/24/25. Hotel needs to be held accountable for false advertising, not having the basics, and being dirty. We would have left except there was nowhere else to stay unless we wanted to spend twice the price. 2 nights there was $370. Here’s the list. Booked a king, non-smoking. Got 2 queens/smoking. TV stuck on Disney Channel. Took an hour to get remote fixed. 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel. Asked 1 more at front desk. Front desk found another in back office and said he only had one left. Next day desk guy said need to bring used towels down to get more. 1 2.5” x 1.5” x 0.25” bar of soap. Coffee maker. NO pot or coffee despite advertised No waste basket. telephone did not work. No microwave despite advertised. No daily cleaning service despite advertised Only ice machine in building broken. Was advertised. Floor vending machine empty and had been for long time as there were few product holders! Hole in sheet rock in room. No ironing board pad As my husband was waiting in line at front desk for towels, front desk guy told a woman that if she wanted to she could have a room despite it not being cleaned yet. Same time a couple just arrived. after seeing the room came back and demanded a refund. Room dirty, elevator gross

This hotel should be taken off hotels.com. It was in very bad condition inside and out. The room was filthy as well as the hallways , common areas and the parking lot. This picture looks nothing like the place. I took pix to prove how disgusting it was. We had to stay as there were no other places available. Cost over $200 and wasn’t worth 2 cents. Reeked of pot and mold. We were even afraid to use the shower

Oh my goodness. Where do I begin? I needed a quick getaway for just one night. I made the reservation an hour before i checked in. (Which was pretty late) i made it to the motel at 1030pm and i paid for a 2 double sized room. Once i got to front desk, attendant advised there was an overvooking and only a double bed was available. Also the deposit to check in was $100. At this point, i had no choice but to check in and take the room that was available. (I should have RAN) ONCE I entered the room, i quickly noticed the outdated linen on the bed. The bedspread even had stains on it. Instead of three pillows on the bed, there were old sheets in a pillow case to mimic a pillow. The bathroom floor had hair on it and there were no towels available except a face towel and wash cloth. I had to return to front desk for towels and extra sheets. The next day i thought i could at least look forward to the breakfast 🙃. Dont hold your breath, its just coffee and sliced bread. This place was NOT worth one night stay

Rough but working on it.

The bed was very comfortable and the Furnishings in the unit were modern and nice including a nice TV refrigerator with a freezer on it and a microwave. The continental breakfast included juice and cereal in a tupperware container with a gallon of milk and a few pieces of bread so that left something to be desired with pictures on the wall of waffles, But no waffles.
