Our air conditioning was not working, we ask 3 times for it to be fixed or looked at and they told us it was fixed all 3 times and it was not. They came to our room at midnight and said it was fixed and again it was not working

From the time we walked in they took our luggage to our room. Had cookies available if you wanted them. We were on the Club floor and the breakfast was wonderful with pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, and fruit. The room was very clean and the bed was firm! We will definitely stay here again.

My room was clean and comfortable the staff were friendly. I had an early meeting across the street at the conference center so ate as the breakfast opened at 7AM and much of the food was cold. A suggestion would be to make sure the food is heated before guests come down, particularly the eggs and sausages.

I liked the aura of the space, the staff at the breakfast. Was surprised at the smells (I.e. fish) in the hallway, obvious stains on the seats in sitting areas at check in.
