The room felt neglected; like it had not been occupied for over 1 month. The phone didn’t work, the TV was broken, there was no garbage can and it was not that clean. I had to buy Clorox wipes from store and wipe the room down myself. The only good comment I have is for the maintenance guy who replaced the broken TV, thank you!

We stay at this hotel at least once a year. Used to love it for the comfort. One of our favorites stays. Since the update in the last few years, it’s not as luxurious feeling (beds, towels, rooms in general). And may I ask—- are the comforters lined with plastic?? Awful. Just awful. Additionally, the hotel is so hot & dry, I’m contemplating not staying in the future and considering driving back home daily instead due to the sheer discomfort. Staff is always kind & helpful, but overall numbers, as compared to previous years, seem to be dwindling when we are in need of someone. We just stayed at a Hilton in California (~$200/night) at the end of December; this stay in Brookfield sadly pales in comparison.

Very large older hotel recently remodeled with nice modern look. Small bathroom with easy access step in shower. Staff were very helpful when my room didn’t have a hairdryer in it. Was a good stay!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was extremely dirty — we found a l condom, fridge smelled like a dead body, and the bidet was filthy. What makes it worse is that this wasn’t our first issue here. On our first visit, we were given a used room with towels on the floor and fast-food trash left on the table. We thought we’d give the hotel another chance, but clearly that was a mistake. The employees were not very helpful. The most they could offer was to transfer us to another room, which doesn’t solve the bigger problem of cleanliness and hygiene. This place seriously needs better cleaning standards and management oversight. I would not recommend staying here.
