The staff were really kind. This appears to have not been kept up over the years. The bed and linens were clean, but the couch in my room had tears along the seams and it was really dirty. There was evidence of water damage on the wall. It has potential if they invest back into the hotel.

Had a family member flown from the UP to the froedert medical center. The hotel was amazing in all ways including allowing us late check outs if needed. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and price was really reasonable.

Amazing customer service

Checked in around 7 PM. The young lady working the desk was extremely welcoming and professional. I asked about food locations nearby. She recommended a location and even which burger to try amd it was very good information. Good food at a decent price.

It was nice, although I arrive two hours earlier before the checking start and even with an empty hotel and the room ready the receptionist told me if I wanted to check in I needed to pay extra.
