The room was not in good condition. Stained bedsheets - I asked for a clean comforter and they never dropped it off. The shower was filthy - we didn't get to shower. A little rundown in my opinion. Very disappointing for a Sonesta property. They claimed there was nothing they could do for me since I booked with Expedia.

Room smelled like sweaty feet every time we came back, it was so bad and eventually you would just get used to it. Floor was soaking wet when we arrived (I believe the tub is leaking underneath) so that was fun. When we went to shower, that didn't work so no hair washing for us this weekend. Every time we left the hotel and came back our card key would not work and we had to go back down to the front desk, which is not what we wanted to do after a long day. There was a door to connect to the room next door and the lock didn't work so we just had to trust our neighbors. Multiple outlets didn't work so some devices didn't charge overnight. The staff was very nice, but this place does not deserve the high ratings for the price you're paying.
