Hotel should be called “The Bare Minimum”. The worst housekeeping i’ve seen in a hotel that I’ve stayed at. Hair on bathroom floor by shower, dirty mirror with stains, headboards covered in dust. Base boards covered in dust. Flashing lights in room from fire alarm, you can hear the loud wind all night from the outside through the Ac/heating wall unit. You can’t sleep.
The room has a keurig machine but provides you with no coffee or tea pods, what’s even the point? keurig machine also covered in dust.
I had a late check out of 12pm and housekeeping still came to my room at 11:15am to get in and clean the room. I told them I had a late checkout like they didn’t know or didn’t care. No hospitality at the font desk.
The owners clearly do not care about providing good out clean services. Mangers don’t care. They cut many corners and it shows while they try to come out ff as a “nice” hotel. It’s more of a motel. I stayed here years ago and hated it for the same reasons and have it another chance - still awful. And based on the other bad reviews nothing has changed. Don’t waste your money here.
